Ways to Purchase!
Before travelling out of Belize, dial ROAM (7626) or *100# to purchase one of the following data bundles. (Under the *100#,
the bundles are located under the Purchase Bundles option).
If you are abroad and have credit on your phone, you can purchase these roaming data bundles via the Smart App (Using the shopping cart
icon at the bottom center of your screen when in the Smart App).
If you are abroad and do not have credit, you can use a credit card to purchase credit online. Visit the Smart Lounge or *ding (www.ding.com) to purchase credit and then use the Smart App to purchase data.
OR ask someone locally to send you credit..
ROAMING WITH
POSTPAID
Postpaid customers are required
to subscribe to the roaming service and pay a minimum of $50 security deposit. All relevant (voice, SMS, and data) roaming charges will be invoiced and reflected in the upcoming month’s bill.
